1. Who We Are

Mockko ("we", "us") is operated by [Mockko's legal entity name]. This policy explains what information we collect through mockko.com and the Mockko app (app.mockko.com), and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — email address and password (or OAuth identity), managed via Supabase Auth.
• Project data — the dashboard mockups, layouts, and mock data you create in the app, stored in our Supabase database.
• Billing information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• AI prompt content — if you use the AI dashboard generator, your text description is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a mockup. We do not send your account credentials or billing data to Anthropic.
• Support and transactional emails — messages you send us via support requests, and system emails (welcome, password reset, billing receipts, project invites) sent through Resend.

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on the app or marketing site.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Mockko service — authenticate you, save and load your projects, and generate mockups when you use the AI generator.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send account-related emails (welcome, password reset, billing receipts, project invitations) and respond to support requests.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the service.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Mockko, each acting as a processor on our behalf:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Anthropic — AI-generated dashboard mockups (prompt text only)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website and application hosting

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Mockko or our users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects at any time from within the app. To request full account deletion, contact us at the email below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We rely on Supabase and Stripe's security infrastructure (encryption in transit via HTTPS, encryption at rest) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
