Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Mockko (mockko.com and app.mockko.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Mockko is operated by [Mockko's legal entity name].

2. The Service

Mockko is a drag-and-drop dashboard mockup builder. It lets you design dashboard concepts (charts, KPI cards, tables, filters) and export them as PNG, PDF, or PowerPoint. Some features use AI (via Anthropic's Claude API) to generate a starting mockup from a text description.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the mockups, project data, and content you create in Mockko. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any data, images, or content you upload or reference in your projects.

5. Plans and Payment

Mockko offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can view and manage your subscription, including cancellation, from your account's billing portal at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access accounts that aren't yours, or use it to create or distribute unlawful content.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Mockko available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

You may stop using Mockko and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mockko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
